Cassie Franklin

Cassie Franklin has led Everett since 2018 with a focus on public safety, balanced budgets, and community investment. As mayor, she’s hired more police officers, created a Violent Crime Unit, and launched the CARE Team, which pairs law enforcement with behavioral health specialists.

Under Cassie’s leadership, Everett has permitted more than 2,700 housing units and balanced its budget for eight consecutive years. She’s a pragmatic Democrat who understands how to manage growth while keeping the city safe, financially stable, and ready for the future. Cassie is supported by Secretary of State Steve Hobbs, Senator John Lovick, and Congresswoman Suzan DelBene.
